e are happy to offer classes on any topic you choose. In order to arrange a special class, we require registrations from at least six participants. A three-hour class costs $56 per person, including the food. Below is a list of classes to choose from, or you may contact us with your own idea. If you've always wanted to learn how to do a cooking technique or become familiar with new ingredients, get a few friends together for a fun and delicious experience!

  • Green Salads: After the Lettuce (sample menu: salads with crispy chicken fingers, baked goat cheese, roasted pears, garlic croutons, herb vinaigrette, classic Caesar dressing, creamy dill dressing, blue cheese dressing)
  • Beans and Greens (sample menu: whole wheat pasta with greens, beans, pancetta, and garlic bread crumbs; Indian-spiced lentils with kale; quick-cooked collard greens with bacon and black-eyed peas; bruschette with chickpea puree and arugula; black beans and rice with butternut squash)
  • The Secret's in the Sauce (sample menu: pan-seared steak with red wine-thyme sauce, sautéed chicken with lemon-caper pan sauce, mashed potatoes with gravy, spaghetti with Bolognese, asparagus with hollandaise, vanilla ice cream with raspberry coulis)
  • Picnic Food (sample menu: fried chicken, classic potato salad, creamy egg salad with variations, caprese salad with handmade mozzarella, three-bean salad, brownies, summer fruit salad)
  • You Say Potato (sample menu: oven-baked French fries, smashed potatoes, spicy Greek-style garlic-lemon potatoes, creamy potato soup with chives, mashed potatoes with root vegetables, Indian-style potato curry)
