Add some pizazz to your weeknight meals with unique, straightforward recipes that combine fresh ingredients, quick cooking techniques, and lots of flavor! Ages 16 and up. Instructor: Summer Sample menu: individual turkey meatloaves and sweet potato fries, halibut with spicy mint-cilantro chutney and basmati rice with peas, Parmegiano-crusted chicken piccata, barbecued sirloin salad with garlic-olive oil bread, vanilla bean-poached figs and cherries. |
