Vietnamese cooking is known for its use of fresh vegetables and herbs in light, flavorful dishes. We will explore some of the most loved Vietnamese dishes and you'll learn how to recreate them at home with easy-to-find ingredients. Ages 16 and up. Instructor: Mary

Sample menu: fresh hand rolls, ginger chicken in caramel sauce, tamarind shrimp, roasted lemongrass pork rice noodle bowl, bananas in coconut milk with sago pearls.
