Wednesday, September 22, 2010, 6:00-9:00 pm Pasta can be a quick weeknight meal or a gorgeous dinner party dish. In this workshop we'll explore Italy's Gift to the World in all its incarnations. We'll make fresh pasta, homemade ravioli, baked pasta, and several delicious sauces. Ages 16 and up. Instructor: Mary Sample menu: homemade fettuccine Alfredo, butternut squash ravioli, spinach manicotti, and pasta caprese. |
