Tuesday, September 21, 2010, 6:00-9:00 pm Indian cooks are the world's masters at using complex blends of spices to make dishes that taste both exotic and comforting. In this class we'll make some Indian favorites that can be replicated with readily-available ingredients and a reasonable amount of time. Come learn how to create your favorite Indian-restaurant dishes at home. Ages 16 and up. Instructor: Mary Sample menu: chicken tikka masala, saag paneer (spinach with homemade cheese), basmati rice pilaf, naan, curry with potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and chickpeas, red lentil dal. |
