Wednesday, October 27, 2010, 6:00-9:00 pm Make a selection of appetizers and nibbles that are a fun meal on their own, or a great party spread. We'll make traditional favorites and international specialties, all using easy-to-find ingredients and incorporating techniques and hints for party planning and advance preparation. Ages 16 and up. Instructor: Mary Sample menu: mini beef empanadas, spanakopita, tomato and mozzarella tart, crispy vegetable spring rolls, beef satay with peanut dipping sauce. |
