Chicken is one of the most popular main dishes because it's healthy, easy to cook, and mild-flavored...but sometimes it gets a little boring. This class will give you new ideas for ways to season and cook chicken to make sure the meat stays moist and gains lots of flavor from spices, sauces, and co-starring ingredients. The recipes we make can be varied to suit what's in your pantry at any given time, so you'll always have the fixings for a quick weeknight dinner. Ages 16 and up. Instructor: Jonathan

Sample menu: sauteed chicken breasts with pancetta and sage, roast chicken with root vegetables, breaded chicken cutlets with Parmesan, classic chicken salad, stir-fried chicken with green beans and cremini mushrooms.
